Pros
Everyone is so nice, maybe a little too nice it is hard to know what is real and what is not. It is great if you want to work less.
Cons
They want change and need change in order to deliver a better product to the customer, however if things are going to change, they need to create a culture where people can be honest and understand that it might hurt peoples feelings, and it is business, not personal. It is not mean to provide feedback, and when that is seen as a problem, there are much larger problems in an organization.
