Pros

-Work From Home -Good Insurance -Vacation Time --Pay is decent but, don't sacrifice your mental health on this one.

Cons

-Everything is recorded (Expect to feel like someone's watching over your shoulder at all times.) -Extremely Stressful -Management is overly negative -Supervisors are impossible to get a hold of -TM's have no idea what functions AE's even serve -Bullying and favoritism is common place -Trust No One!

its a job weekly paychecks

Cons

you can be doing the same job as someone else and make half as much friends and family are the ones who get the big bucks (nepotism runs deep) if you know someone you'll get hired and promoted.
