Pros

Great environment & benefits. Generally managers are very supportive. Ability to work your way up if your prove yourself and have good work ethic. Opportunities are out there if you show value, show up and take advantage of them.

Cons

Tendency to have jaded employees. SanMar is a place that gives many chances and some employees can get away with having a negative/apathetic attitude after time. Also, pay is lower than average.

This is a family business that cares about its people and their long term growth. Many senior managers have been with the company for many years.

SanMar is a great company that genuinely cares about their employees & customers. They promote being nice & being honest which is hard to find in businesses today!!

Cons

I honestly have not seen any down sides to this company. I think they work hard to maintain a good company status.
