Old school, clique environment Antiquated systems & work flows Culture of being content without changing or innovating since they've been one of the top in the industry for so long; does things because it's the way its always been done, despite saying they're open to streamlining & feedback Favoritism in promotions & who management listens to/influenced by Lack of diversity Manager didn't like being asked questions more than once even though 6+ months passed in between times I'd do the same task
