      Pros

      Very friendly culture--they do not overwork you and respect your time. People are friendly. Leadership is very nice. No one takes themselves too seriously.

      Cons

      Known for very uncompetitive wages; very little PTO; no dedicated sick leave; you only get 6 holidays; if you work remotely, you can't leave the state; very little diversity at corporate.

      Pros

      -Offered a good Health insurance plan that wasn't expensive.

      Cons

      -Always feel like you're about to get fired for not meeting accuracy quota. -You get marked off when your accuracy isn't met -They show favoritism to certain employees -You're on edge everyday -You can get sacked off at any day -They always announce random mandatory overtime right when you're about to get off, which is everyday so you don't really get to have a life
