      Very easy place to work at if you follow instructions

      Sometimes employees will be off task and make it difficult for you to do your job. Wish the leads or supervisors would do more about them.

      Pay is okay. Bonus for production are okay

      Can make good numbers by screwing everyone else? Then management will favor you. Management acts like they care but they really don’t. They pick favorites and let those favorites exceed more than anyone else.

      So many. I worked there for almost 20 years. Management is not consistent and plays favorites. They encourage growth but don't really help you with it. It doesn't have that family feel anymore. They outsource data entry to Manila. Who only respond via emails when they actually respond. When customers call and want to speak to that person you can only say they don't take calls. And we were not allowed to mention Manila. Giving thumbs down on CEO as Jeremy not Marty. That should be updated.
