      Great benefits, good work balance, weekends off.

      Cons

      Management needs training in how to be a manager or supervisor. Some of them are rude.

      Pros

      Stability, coworkers are so nice great workers!

      Cons

      Poor management, communication is the principal problem, supervision lack of professional ethics, and a new system that, far from being a solution, has become a problem overall in receiving department.
