HR took the employees side on most disciplinary/counseling issues. Wanted front line management to hold employees accountable but would then side with the employee leaving the front line to twist in the wind. Good family values when good for the company.

Pay is lower than industry standard. Non existent maternity leave policy. Little chance for raise. Hard to support a family. Many of us work an extra part-time job to compensate for the low pay which makes it tough to always give your best. Family appears accessible but really aren’t. Unless you are senior management. All of which are white.
