I feel this company offers it's employees a very good wage and great benefits. SanMar does more for it's employees than any other company i've worked for.

Cons

The downstairs production floor is not climate controlled. Hot in the summer and cool in the winter.

telecommuting saves expense of driving/maintaining 2nd car. more time at home without the 2 to 3 hour daily driving.

Cons

Pay is very low. 3% increases first 7 years. Now I only receive 1 1/2% raises and will cap out at $18.00 an hour next year. Been here 8 years.
