Pros

Work life balance Get to meet new people

Cons

Insurance benefits declined steadily since 2016 Neglecting to advance a culture where employees can safely tell you the truth. Ignorance is not bliss. Half of their turnover is from hiring extremely qualified people, with not enough quality work to give them on a full-time basis. Ultimately people are given busy work to fill their day (billable hours) as their real skill set is wasted in random tasks that do not align with their scope of work or even career goals. Nepotism..... which makes work/expectations for none family/ friends awkward. At the very least don't let it be known who's friends/ family. They made more of an effort to engage with staff prior to covid than during. It was business as usual. They waited months before seeing how their teams were doing. Continual favoritism shown and handbook rules/ working remotely is overlooked for the chosen few. Why write it down if there's no adherence to your own rules. Cutthroat tactics have changed the culture. Leadership is needed for management. Communication between management and associates is lacking. Problem resolution is lacking.
