They made more of an effort to engage with staff prior to covid than during. It was business as usual. They waited months before seeing how their teams were doing. Continual favoritism shown and handbook rules/ working remotely is overlooked for the chosen few. Why write it down if there's no adherence to your own rules. Cutthroat tactics have changed the culture. Leadership is needed for management. Communication between management and associates is lacking. Problem resolution is lacking.
