Pros

I have been at Sanctuary Graduates for three months now and I have loved every second of it. I may have been weary coming into it, however now I would recommend to anyone looking for a meaningful career in a fun social office.

Cons

High paced environment and sometimes you are having to create your own work structure, but this is good as well as it is an opportunity to learn.

- Friendly people - Good exposure to clients from the beginning - A level of autonomy over how to manage your own work - Structured teams and shared workload - Small company so opportunities to get involved in lots of different things

Cons

- Lack of protocol (seem to be winging it) - Lack of professionalism between employees (inappropriate relationships=favouritism?) - No HR function so difficult to raise difficulties, especially regarding senior management - Unclear commission structure (some getting commission, others not getting commission for similar work.) - After becoming a senior, there isn't much room to progress if you don't want to be a manager. - No training so again everyone's making it up as they go without feeling confident and informed by policy.
