-Amazing people - Sense of community - Support and guidance - Rewards for hard work/appreciation - opportunities to network with a big client base - Great place to build your skillset and experiences efficiently. - Busy season is a myth as it is constantly busy but it is enjoyable, despite being fast paced it is a great way to learn and there are great socials and people around to support

Cons

-Could be more chats in terms of progression at the business - More regular feedback in terms of having a regular/scheduled appraisal structure

Pros

Subsided gym and rooftop restuarant . Dog friendly office.

Cons

*Judgemental and malicious office, nice to your face and talk badly behind back. * managers dont lead by example and micromanage, upper management blind to malicious behaviour of staff. *Mixed messages you are told you are doing a great job, that they are happy with you, to bring your smiling face to a meeting only for it to be a negative meeting. *Not open to diversity and inclusion within office, even though they preach it to their clients. * compares staff members to each other, rather than building up- break you down.
