Pros

Fantastic opportunities to work with a diverse range of clients, and excellent progression opportunities to work way up the business if you show your ambition and drive. Strong tight-knit culture with a real family feel - a very friendly and welcoming environment, regular socials and celebration of employee's successes within the business. Everyone shares the same passion to grow the business and grow within the business, lots of self-development opportunities and the ability to have your voice heard and impact the business no matter what level you are at. Lots of exposure to different areas within the business, especially if you express interest in a particular project or area.

Cons

No cons to mention, at times we move at a fast pace however I do not see this as a negative as I love working in these environments as we have such great support from all management levels.

The is a relatively decent commission structure and potential to progress quickly.

Cons

On campaigns not given a huge amount of support but at other times would be micro-managed, this inconsistency was challenging to work with. Junior members of staff were thrown under the bus if campaigns went wrong. There was lots of staff turnover through all levels of the business.
