Pros

Sick time, cafeteria onsite, medical clinic onsite

Cons

Executive leadership keeps secrets from workforce. They knew about budget cuts early on (at least in 2024) and did not tell workforce until a couple months before layoffs in 2025. I was not a layoff, I chose to quit before they announced layoffs. They hire way too many managers, as they feel managers can’t handle more than ~10 employees! Newly hired interns don’t want to work with senior level employees and are terrible at taking delegated responsibilities and always think they are right, if you say otherwise, then you get reported as being difficult to work with.
