      Good job stability and opportunities for career advancement in same company. Promoted work life balance, had excellent resources for employees including on site medical clinic, employee recreation and wellness programs, good benefits.

      Cons

      Often working on critical mission work so onsite is often required (less flexible than other workplaces), lots of changes within the business divisions, could improve training programs for new employees
