Pros

Individual teams & departments may have great internal culture

Cons

-The relationship between the teams & departments in the company is hostile -low salaries -When complaining about low salaries, management starts listing a good work environment and perks as benefits (eg. work from home option-not an option if work is devevlopment or manufacture based, annual leave (mandated by law), health care (mandated by law),..... -Being good at your work and working with integrity, delivering on time and on target, is a one-way street into attracting abuse because people will offload their work to you and persuade management that this is your work. -politics/powerplay and related hostility -lack of competencies across functions -Management doesn't concern itself with the employee's feedback. If you don't like it (low pay, overwork, burnout), you can leave. -Middle and low management are put in a position of constantly breaking bad news to their teams without being able to tell them how and when things will improve.

Pros

Great benefits and salary. Innovative and driven to help patients.

Cons

Manager is not collaborative and wants to be a figure head vs getting work done. Cares about presence to leader vs team. Has driven morale to all time lows.
