Pay is good, benefits are good and just got better (start with 3 weeks vacation). A lot of turnover - opportunity to rise.

Cons

Technical knowledge of staff needs to be improved. Almost every area of business has major challenges and it is difficult for the site to prioritize and stick to the priorities
