They have Free Parking in the lot

Cons

Pathetic management, without knowledge of current industry standards, no communication. Teamwork is not allowed only individual contributors. Utilities fail constantly, HVAC leaks into building. No current technology, 20 years behind current standards. Employees made to use antiquated equipment. Bueracracy and the inability to move anything forward, Stay away, enormous turnover and peers and management all to eager to throw you under the bus and back over you repeatedly. No culture except work and additional work. Money is the ONLY driver and a lack of any to spend, no compassion for patients or employees.

Hard work, decent pay, Novartis leadership, and potential to good for patients who need generic medications. The building blocks are all present.

Cons

Poor hiring practices. Good people leave and the ones who stay are incompetent, at best. No leadership. Too lean -burn out good people.

Challenging. Learned a lot. Salary good. There were a few really good, fair and nice VPs/executives, unfortunately I did not work for one of them and most of them left the company.

Cons

Very stressful work environment. Terrible employee morale. Incompetent upper (VPs) management - unfair, almost abusive and backstabbing No work/life balance. Vacation/sick/personal time off is terrible.
