Pros

Good teammates. Benefits are good because they are through Novartis. Interesting bringing a new molecule and drug class to market.

Cons

The support came from colleagues and not management. Upper management at PharmaDerm discriminates, has unrealistic expectations, and is disorganized. Lie after lie after lie.

Pros

Good Systems, Fast Growing division with presence in 100+ countries makes Supply Chain Management a challenging job. Lot of learning opportunities at senior level too. The ERP system is fantastic.

Cons

Same Old and incompetent people working in same departments for more than 10+ years and having senior designation due to number of years rather than capabilities or knowledge base. The salary is low compared to FMCG for management staff who joined from premier B-schools.

Pros

Excellent benefits and pay. If you were not in a job directly related to the 24 / 7 manufacturing it seem like a great place to work.

Cons

Extremely fast paced. Long hours and 24/7 availability was expected. No document control system, and too much wasted paper and time. Validation folks tortured while some groups worked 8-5 M-F.
