Unrealistic and often contradicting goals, lack of local management support for global goals and objectives. global rarely knows how local management operates

Pros

Site is clearly heading in right direction. Management/employees are working together to improve site culture. Site was just approved by OSHA for Carolina STAR for best in class safety program. Pay/benefits is competitive for area. Senior leadership is working hard to improve work/life balance.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy with Global Sandoz/Novartis. Very challenging to make changes quickly as there are many steps needed to make changes. Work life balance is still a struggle but getting much better. Need to continue focusing on celebrating small successes.
