Sandstone Care is by far the most rewarding organization I have worked for in my 22+ year career. We do not just post our core values of Ridiculously Service Oriented, Integrity, Partnership, Courage, Passion, and Accessibility on the wall, we live them both to each other and everyone we encounter. I have the ability to not only review these values with the team on a weekly basis, we also review both personal and professional goals. The support I receive from the organization in achieving all of these goals has been nothing short of amazing! Not only are we accomplishing wonderful things in the field of recovery, we are doing these things as a cohesive family-helping each other in every way possible!

Cons

A truly transparent organization-some may call that a con (I do not)...that is the best I can do!

I really like the hours this position asks for as I am not a morning person! The teamwork is great and the collaboration is phenomenal.

Cons

There's always work to do. It never stops and it's hard to not take your work home.

It is obvious that the leadership team genuinely cares about each and every employee. This is a company that values the culture and does all they can to ensure that hiring decisions are in alignment with the company values. This is the most passionate, hardworking and fun loving teams I have ever worked for!

Cons

Not a con to me but it's a fast moving, rapidly changing organization - you have to be someone who enjoys change and is adaptable.
