Great Place to work, but it is becoming almost too big.

Lot of extra benefits and opportunities. THere is usually a yearly free concert as well as a small bonus if financial goals are met.

Cons

Becoming so big that you start to feel like a number and they are starting to cut back on some of the 4 year skilled positions and replace them with 2 year technical positions in order to save money.

Everyone I work with is extremely nice. Many people are very committed to what's best for the patients. There is a lot of good experience working with large data sets and learning about healthcare.

Cons

Raises are typically 2% unless it's a bad year, then 1%. Low morale at times.
