      Join if you like to climb fast but you have to love challenges, multiple demands, heavy work loads and highly pressured

      Pros

      Toughen a person up to deal with high pressure, challenging demands and bearing with pushy insultive colleagues. If you stay long enough to accumulate your know-how, promotion chances are there. High turn over also mean chance to get promoted to fill gaps. There is quarterly bonus if company makes money.

      Cons

      Very stressful, high staff turnover, heavy workloads, wage freezes, plant shutdowns not uncommon. Pioneer batch working their way up are one of those who makes life even more miserable (think verbal abuse). Be prepared to deal with pushy denanding colleagues talk loudly at you in office everyday.
