      There's a steady paycheck. Water is drinkable. Closed on Sundays. Some coworkers are cool.

      Cons

      This Company is the most greedy that I've ever worked for in terms of large scale company's. A mom and pop shop would probably be a better place to work.

      Very bad higher management, inconsistent policies, no benefits, no work life balance, increments are nonexistent.

      Pros

      Flexible timings. Good work life balance. No tight delivery deadlines. Good hike annually (compared to service based companies). If you are not good at your technology stack, you will be offered different role like support or testing.

      Cons

      Most of the projects were developed using very old technology stack. Biased environment. Redundant works and hence you will start feeling bore after a year. You are expected to deliver what they ask you even though it is very stupid. Salary is not decided based on performance. last but not least: No long term travel opportunities.
