      Feels like high school. Little to no pay unless you knew someone that knew someone.

      Pros

      Solid 40-60 hour workload with benefits. You'll have job security as long as management doesn't fumble the ball so hard that the plant closes; a fair amount of people working for this company have been here for 10+ years.

      Cons

      If you're hired as a temp then don't except this to change anytime soon, plenty of workers here are temps over a year plus. Also most non-management employees haven't seen a raise in over 8 years.
