Management is largely disinterested or entirely absent in lower-level proceedings. The lack of oversight and direction can be detrimental to projects and work-life in general. Training takes too long and provides little insight. Almost all positions pay much, much less compared to other Huntsville companies and although you may work 40+ hours as an intern, as a "temporary" worker you are not eligible for healthcare or other benefits (and you may be an integral, full-time "intern" for a year or more.) When it comes to career potential, management promises projects and seemingly limitless opportunities on a daily basis and yet management is highly reluctant and almost offended when asked to provide corresponding compensation.
