      Pros

      There arent a lot of pros to this company other then nice co-workers, it was a new facility and thats about it.

      Cons

      Horrible pay there is no chance for a raise ever Training was ok i never got trained in the department i signed up for. You have to pay for half your benifits from your pay check.

      When you get the plant, all the benefit came. But if you're with outsouring... it's kinda unfair

      When you're in a outsourcing plan. And you need to renovate contract every year

      Cons

      My experience from 2009 to 2013 Poor Management, low pay, no 401k match in 2013, micro-managed. No integrity. Empty promises.
