There is no room for growth, senior leadership always brag about promoting from within with transferring for growth and opportunities but this doesn't happen. There are a lot of politics in different groups.

Limited growth potential. Office politics were a constant pain. Your work was not necessarily rewarded if you didn't fight for visibility from management. The structure in my department was changed from a more collaborative approach which worked better in my opinion to a segmented one where higher management did not know who did there jobs well and worked hard and who didn't.
