If you have a good manager the company is pretty good to work for no matter what the job is. I had a great manager and a great team so it made the job much better.

Cons

Can be very frustrating. It is tough to get things done, lots of meetings where nothing gets solved and you have to meet again. Also huge space issues in some of the locations. Many managers and directors don't get an office

Constantly reorganizing and restructuring leads to constant management changes. French leadership and culture doesn't align well to US workforce. Constantly outsourcing certain functions to low bidders and get poor service as a result.
