I got paid every two weeks.

Cons

Horrible, uncollaborative, nasty, cut-throat culture. Least friendly people I have ever worked with ever. I cried every day.

Pros

Good pay, great vacation and benefits, coworkers and direct managers are great! Company had great products and leadership, but that has dried up.

Cons

Lack of senior leadership. This company will make a great case study for business school about what happens to a company when they forget who they are. Sanofi has forgotten that they are a pharmaceutical company. Leadership has gutted any future hope

Pros

Pay and benefits are beyond comparison; one of the most secure employers in the region. Benefits, 401k and vacation start immediately upon hire. Tuition reimbursement (100%), discounts at local attractions, services, restaurants and fitness centers.

Cons

If you're just looking for a job, then you'll do just fine. If you're looking to advance toward a career, don't hold your breath. Company is not very receptive to helping people succeed or develop new skills; especially those in production roles who desire to advance.
