Management and departments need to work on communication.

This place does not pay for experience you got in at other casinos. Long hours for low wages. Management doesn't like listen to or take advise of those who have experience . Management takes the position of ,"We have always done it this way" and they wonder why they have such high turnover. Not a single person from my department is employed there any more. The CFO, Mr. Baca, sees the employees as dollar signs and not people. He is also the one who keep telling the community that the reason they wanted to shut down their gas station competition was that they were selling alcohol . A year later he got the corporation in to package liquor and selling alcohol at the tribal gas stations.
