Mandatory pre-tax pay deductions for retirement. Job overall is not the most stimulating.

Working with students, the community, and the facilities. The Kid's Campus and early childhood ed.

Sexism Criminal financial disparities between administrators and everyone else Zero accountability Lies about raises Nepotism Title IX nightmare Highly dysfunctional Zero honesty and transparency Can't retain any employee and faculty diversity despite its community need and location. Almost nothing in languages besides English Systemically perpetuates and creates systemic barriers for students, all employees, ESPECIALLY women, POC, and young people.
