Pros

Small institution with big heart - a boon to the community and State of New Mexico

Cons

Pay is not commensurate with experience for nearly any position; high turnover and low job satisfaction reported by several coworkers early on in my role, which influenced me to start keeping track of the negatives over the positives. Well meaning but not well-functioning management.
