Pros

Strong identity, good training opportunities. Sergio Rial is implementing a meritocracy culture.

Cons

Growing pains. Sometimes the middle management lacks direction.

Pros

Working hours are reasonable and give a respectable work/life balance.

Cons

Training is a trial,at 6 weeks with no system interaction it is very frustrating and could really be done in under half the time. The company themselves have yet to catch up with the rest of the world with regards to treating customers fairly(especially the small businesses) and the resolution of complaints. The wage on offer and the potential for growth is so minimal that it actively reduces the output of its staff ,so little potential for progress ,indifferent and mostly unhelpful management ,instance on opening a santander account
