Not Good for H1B resources, you will not be allowed to work outside USA even for USA VISA purposes and resource will be automatically terminated after 20 days outside USA. HR will call you and take a picture of you from home/airport to count the number of days outside USA. This company won't consider family emergencies, even bereavement/Critical illness of your parents stay outside USA. Manager and HR will terminate you on SPOT and the same minute will be your last minute at work. Most of your team and Managers are Spanish so language barrier in projects.
