Cons

Culture of suppression, many "unwritten" rules about what can be spoken of Have fired and/or harassed employees to leave if the employee(s) are considered to be negative Management does not let the truth effect what they will state is the truth Keep incompetent individuals employed due to no apparent reason other than "liked" by senior management

Pros

Unique updated small medical facility, self contained with a hands on CEO. Decent Pay scale, Good equipment. Small ER, nice cafeteria that has great prices for good food. Free coffee and tea.

Cons

Poor communication, non supportive atmosphere between coworkers, clique rule. Surrounding small town people make up majority of employees and it is difficult to become an accepted supported part of the team.
