      Pros

      good people to work with on the front line. No complaints there. Good benefits in relation to other area hospitals and clinics

      Cons

      Pay for the job is significantly lower than most any other place for the same job. Expectations of staff are out of line with what can actually be accomplished, no time for learning the facility and the people befroe they deem you a bad fit. Too many jacks of all trades. It takes forever for anything to get accomplished there and if you try to expedite things they just push you further to the back of the line!

      Pros

      Small town feel with big city technology and employees. Everyone tries to have a positive attitude and a small town atmosphere. Fun to be around and great benefits

      Cons

      Occasional negative employee that tries to drag us down before they move on because they don't mesh with such positive staff

      Pros

      Lots of time off from low patient census. Nice benefits, family costs under $200/month and small copays.

      Cons

      Management is NOT supportive, small hospital, poor charting system, frequent mistakes, lots of new grad RN's without experience and without support, low pay with minimal raises, would not trust this hospital to care for my family. Some nurses are amazingly wonderful, others very much like high school cliques and snobby. Huge turnover, hire and as soon as employees can, they leave. That says something about the company.
