Great environment for learning your field. Growth opportunities for people who take initiative. Serene environment outside of the building.

Cons

Lazy people will hate it here because you must set your own goals and strive forward. The environment is not stagnant, growth is consistent and sometimes rapid. Structure is being created as the business grows, the challenge is to determine how you want to contribute and stick to it.
