      Sapiens is a great place for people who seek work/life balance

      Pros

      - Very stable company. Even during the last year, haven't heard of any layoffs. - Clean of stress atmosphere. - Work / Life Balance - Great people to work with, professionally and personally.

      Cons

      - Low salaries - Slow mode - need to speak with too many people in order to complete small tasks (many of my co-workers are not located in Israel)

      Pros

      IDIT product is good in the P & C domain. You will get good salary hike based on your current CTC is you are joining from outside

      Cons

      1. The work environment is not like typical product based company. The work culture is like service based company where you are billed in multiple projects and expected to work more than 12 hours. If you are married it’s better to stay away from this company as work life balance is a joke here. I was put on multiple projects and expected to work in different time zones 2. No proper training is given to the migration BA joining newly 3. The migration work seems mundane and you get easily bored once you work for 1 or 2 year

      Pros

      - Technology oriented in all variety of technologies (we are doing MERN microservices, pipelines & DevOps) - Lots of challenges - Great people, fun to work - Work/Life balance Its really up to you how far you can get.

      Cons

      - Honestly the cons are mine not Sapiens. - Sapiens is huge and branched, you can strive there, but you will have to pave you ways to succeed, some people will get shadowed. - Slow to none growth in my career
