Pros

The only pro I can think about is the people you work with, if you're lucky enough to get to a section in the company that has the quality teammates

Cons

* Cheap! they pay almost the lowest salaries in the industry. They defer the salary and performance review in month every year, as a method! they do not pay retro-active about these month they still from the employees. This year, so many employees left, including myself, that I barely knew anyone. And because they're cheap, they hire back the lowest quality employees in return. You can realize where it's going. * HR and Management are the worst. HR just doesn't help with anything. Instead of helping the employees with their needs, the HR is operating as the high management agent, and just try to give the least they can to the employees. Managers are the same! * They changed their benefits this year to be in line with the worst outsourcing companies out there. Employees of course, are running away because of it. * You cannot get anywhere. If you're thinking about promotions, that's absolutely not the place for you. * They're becoming an Indian company. Because the company is doing so bad, and losing money every year, they just trying to get as many Indian employees as possible, to pay less, so they wouldn't hesitate change you with someone from India. Zero care for their current employees.

Pros

There are a number of excellent resources who inspite of managements poor planning, treatment of staff and attitude get the work done for the clients

Cons

Where do I begin 1. They pushed out salary reviews until the end of July this year. It was not back dated nor did it match inflation. This happens every year meaning each year we are paid less 2. They cut pto, removed sick pay and changed the benefits we previously received. To a much lower standard 3. They do zero to try to boost moral of staff especially remote employees. They present a face of doing all these great social events but few employees actually benefit 4. There is no room to develop and progress in your career 5. HR does not work for the employees. They will not represent you and they will not advocate for you. The only way to have a voice is to be lucky you have a good manager behind you. 6. They will not invest in their systems. They expect clients to foot the bill for half baked systems rather than stabilising and developing them and then putting them to market

Pros

An interesting market with room for new development and growth

Cons

Major management issues, lack of leadership, lack of infrastructure, lack of understanding of the US market. Difficult work environment with no support or appreciation to employees. Amateurish product, lots of quality issues that leads to discontent, dissatisfaction and ongoing confrontations with clients.
