Pros

Work from home options, and schedule flexibility

Cons

This company is a trip. There’s so many cons about this company. For starters a lot of these positive reviews are lies(and if you ask me a lot of Sapiens upper level employees create these reviews so that the bad reviews can balance out). Management is terrible- they had a few good mgrs, that has since left because of the lack of acknowledgment, poor management, and mistreatment of employees. Being an employee, you are just that, an employee number. Employee retention and/or turnover has been about 20-30 just in the last year alone. Most employees never take accountability for anything yet blames all other employees No diversity and inclusion program- all they care about is project delivery. The company sets and promises unrealistic expectations with project delivery with half of the people not clearly understanding the system and system capabilities. The entire company is just dysfunctional, disorganized, and they do not care about their employees. They aren’t involved with any organizations or volunteering. Some employees debate and create internal issues in front and during client calls. If you’re not a favorite, you’re not recognized. I have never experienced a company like this in my entire years of working. If considering this company, please pay attention to the bad reviews because all if any aren’t lies. There’s so much more, but I’ll stop here. Just be careful of this company.

Pros

Good people to work with - not management or higher

Cons

Sapiens openly stated this year they do not match inflation. They said 'we do not treat this annual review as an inflation matching exercise since inflation fluctuates'. For years Sapiens has never matched inflations, they do not provided bonuses. Every year we work harder and work for less. It is common within the industry to commonly match inflation around 5/6%.

Thank you for sharing. Sapiens is a global company with many office locations and work-from-home opportunities. As such, we have a distributed workforce. Our management team travels to the various office locations throughout the year to attend meetings and to talk to the team members. We’ve spent the last 3 years integrating companies we acquired, learning about and implementing best practices in order to benefit from the combined knowledge and experience. We’ve also seen an increase in the number of internal mobility and internal promotions as a result. Thanks again for sharing and we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. Best regards, Sapiens HR Management
