      Pros

      Salary was good. WFH options are there. Great new office. Complex business so future is good for BAs. Product based and listed company in US Stock market.

      Cons

      Have to be careful with counter parts from israel as they control most.Tech stack was too old. Existing lead/ Manager who are there for long period are not flexible. Business is complex. In India post new budget insurance sector is not doing well so have to keep that in mind.
