      Focused and market leading Insurance products with emphasis on effective client management . Lots of learning and growth opportunities. Senior management are easily accessible. Good and effective HR practices and management. Friendly and Knowledgeable team members.

      Professional, Collaborative, and Friendly

      Pros

      Everyone, regardless of location, is focussed on working together to achieve results. Each person is more than happy to help their colleagues, regardless of workload. There's a diverse mix of people within the organisation, spread across many locations worldwide, and all are treated equal, backing up Sapiens claim of being an inclusive and diverse employer. I have found a better work/life balance here than I have with previous employers as well, which is more important now than ever.

      Cons

      Depending on location it can be difficult to work in an office, but if like me you are happy being home-based, this is a very minor issue, especially as HR go out of their way to bring staff together as much as possible, even if that is virtually.
