      Pros

      great people; flexible team structure; supervisors genuinely interested in helping staff members to succeed and grow.; inclusive staff. If you try hard and contribute to the team, your efforts will be noticed by your immediate superiors.

      Cons

      Upper management not really connected with the staff; difficult to attain pay raises; numerous staff members leave because they have grown professionally but the pay has not kept pace.

      Company for you if you want to relax

      Pros

      Work life balance, but depends on project. Allowance for working on weekends.

      Cons

      Same work again and again. You will forget to write code if you work here for more than a year. Not challenging work. No growth for technical people. HR policies are not good.

      - good work life balance in most teams - respectful culture - excellent architects and mentors

      Cons

      - at times, software development for major features maybe limited in India. Still, change requests do come up
