      Nice work environment - stagnant salaries

      Pros

      It is a stable company that has been around for a long time. Through Corona and beyond, they have been flexible and encouraging. They strive to maintain both morale and productivity. They have been extremely helpful in transitioning to our new hybrid work model and they have successfully anticipated many of the needs of employees working offsite.

      Cons

      While they are very forward thinking, change is sometimes slow. Appreciation is not always expressed, leaving some employees feeling undervalued.

      Good learning. Good team. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Salary and perks are not up to the mark. Don't even give internet reimbursement. Medical insurance for parents are not inclusive. HR team always tries to hire at low cost.
