      Worst management

      Pros

      You may get some good technologies to work upon but that should not be the only reason to stay in this company.

      Cons

      Worst cab facility. No safety measures for women employees. Driver will leave you on main road around 8 PM. Only old employees will be treated well. No respect for new employees. HR says there is cab facility but they have only some pick up and drop points. It's not near to your home.

      Thank you for your feedback. As you mentioned, one of our local employee benefits is a cab facility with set pick up and drop off points. Employees are free to travel to work in any way that they choose, and many employees choose to use the complementary cab facility on a daily basis. If you had a specific issue with a driver, please let us know ASAP. Additionally, Sapiens recruited over 600 employees in the past year globally. We invest in training and caring for our new employees. We have structured HR and internal departmental processes to catch new employees up to speed with the company, our products and other employees.       Good Company with some Bad workforce

      Pros

      1. Good Annual Hikes as compare to service based industry. ( I got almost 50% in less than 2 year time frame). However variable component is huge but still whatever is increased in base pay will satisfy you if you have earlier experience in IT giant IBM, TCS, Infosys or otherbig Name). 2. Freedom to present your ideas. 3. Continuous Improvement in last one year and organizing policies like Finance and PF was a pain earlier but it got improved over the time and all who are mentioning those things they even don't know what actually they are getting.

      Cons

      1. Hiring Process is not good. So most of the people just want to enjoy their tenure here without even benefiting company and now they are writing reviews here on Glassdoor. 2. Onsite Managers are good but in India they are just for formality.

      Ruined By Upper Management

      Pros

      Team leaders, software developers, testers and business analysts are all really pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      The downsides of the company far outweigh the positives. On numerous occasions pay increases were given which resulted in the employee receiving a lower wage that month, which, when brought up to the finance department was received with the phrase "But that's the standard method of calculation used in all companies". Upper management consistently over promise on work and deadlines in order to achieve new contracts, do not offer overtime in the vast majority of cases, and do not allocate the number of staff they tell customers they allocate to their product. Company events (Kick-Off Event, team building etc) is all billed to the customers. Salary is below average, as are the number of holidays. Pension is average, life insurance is average. Morale constantly low.
