NO pros to add..... If yo want to learn technologies ,then this is not place for you. You have to write a test of their frame work and secure around 80 /100 to get into development. And after joining a project all you will have to do is write pojos according to their framework No one will tell you this before joining
Cons
Full of attitude People. They have their won framework and people who have worked here for more than 5 years are leads and who are more experienced will also have to work under them ...and the attitude they show towards new joiners is Completely unprofessional... NO process at all..Complete shuffling to here and there ,how ever they like.. The management will be ready to deliver Project with in a month as well ,They don't bother about employees.U have to spend 28 hrs per day which has unfortunately 24 hrs..Even then your managers will not even say a good thing about you..This i have experienced with my colleague
