Group of idiots running a company

Pros

If your are an idiot, you will get a good company here

Cons

Every department is full of idiots - Finance department - Nobody knows simple calculations like addition and subtraction. They will deduct tax from your salary but will not submit it to tax department. They will deduct PF from you salary but will not put it in your PF account. In salary hikes, they will increase your variable component, which they are not going to pay anyways. They will keep changing you team so that at the end you will not learn anything. Even if they have opening in some team where you want to go and have good experience they will not move you to that team but they will hire new people for that team and move you to some other team where you don't have any experience and you don't want to go. Every week they will ask you to submit passport, pan card and other documents. On leaving, they will not give you the full money in final settlement. Management is not having any vision, they are just doing hurry in everything (e.g. they start development without collecting all the requirement)

Pros

Some great individuals and social events

Cons

Management and HR constantly lie No communication about projects and moves No communication between devs, BAs and test leading to unnecessarily running around in circles on tasks Individuals appointed management with no ability to manage Very poor morale, management have no idea how to motivate employees Lack of ability to take criticism - HR why bother doing exit interviews if you're going to ignore the feedback? Inability to retain talented staff Poor pay and benefit incentives Terrible overtime policy - the company expects too much for very little. Culture of being looked down on and judged for not giving 7+ hours overtime a week

I am sorry to hear that you do not reflect well on your time with Sapiens. In common with all software environments, our projects sometimes require staff to work extended hours but we also offer a good degree of flexibility and additional payment where appropriate. Your comments and very strong statements do not resonate with the general environment of Sapiens and most certainly there has never been an occasion during my tenure that my Israeli colleagues have disregarded UK employment law. If this is a sincere posting then I would very much welcome you contacting me directly to discuss any issues you feel your experience in more detail.
