      The company is very stable. Very quality people, management and collegues. Very flexible with personal life.

      Sapiens is pretty laid back, there is no pressure for most of the time. People are rarely getting fired and there is overall nice treatment to the employees.

      Cons

      The technology is not state of the art, and changes are hard to make. The insurance business is boring and the clients are technophobes.
