      Pros

      Their development center in the UK is staff with outstanding professional technology talent. Those from the former FIS, which is the product Sapiens sells, are experienced not only in the product, but also in the business that is the target for the product's sweet spot.

      Cons

      The company relies on the current albeit small client base to fund the expansion of capabilites of the product. As such, delivery is an everpresent issue and dissapoints clients, some choosing to end the relationship early in the process and the opportunity is missed. While their results in the short term may look ok, in the mid to long term, they'll be relegated to a lower tier player while their competition will steamroll them in the market with full featured products.
